Sound can meet us in the places where words sometimes fall short.
Whether you’re looking to create a meaningful experience for a group, bring more connection and restoration into your workplace, or find support during one of life’s most profound transitions, I create intentional sound experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
Private Groups & Individual Sessions
A space created just for you.
Private sound sessions offer an opportunity to step away from the noise and create space for rest, reflection, connection, and renewal.
Sessions can be designed for individuals, couples, families, or intimate groups and can be tailored to the intention of your gathering — from deep relaxation and nervous system support to celebration, transition, connection, or simply making time to pause.
Whether you’re gathering a group of friends, marking a special occasion, or looking for a more personal experience, your session is created with intention and care.
Corporate Wellness
A different kind of reset.
The modern workplace asks a lot of us. Corporate sound experiences offer teams a chance to step out of the constant pace of work and into a shared moment of stillness.
Sound baths can be incorporated into wellness days, retreats, team gatherings, employee appreciation events, or simply offered as a restorative pause in the workday.
These sessions are accessible, grounding, and require nothing more than a willingness to slow down and receive.
Deathbed & Grief Sessions
Holding space for what words cannot.
Some of life’s most important moments are also the most difficult to navigate.
Sound can offer a gentle way to bring comfort, presence, and connection to the bedside of someone who is nearing the end of life — as well as to those who are loving and caring for them.
Deathbed sessions are quiet, intimate experiences designed to support the dying person and their loved ones through the transition. Instruments are chosen thoughtfully and played softly, creating an atmosphere of peace and presence without asking anything of those in the room.
Grief sessions offer a similar space after a loss — a place to pause, feel, remember, and be supported without expectation or judgment.
There is no right way to grieve, and there is no right way to say goodbye. Sometimes, simply being held in sound is enough.
